Joe, the owner of JL Concrete, was supposed to provide an estimate today (4/23/2020) between 1 pm and 2 pm. Although this appointment was confirmed by his office yesterday, no one showed up today, nor did anyone call to indicate he was not coming. In addition, I left 2 voice mail messages which were not returned. So unprofessional.
