My cars engine light came on driving to work. I called the shop at 7 am not realizing they open at 8, the phone was still answered however and I was told to bring the car in at 8 am. Everyone was very friendly and professional that I talked to. I was told my catalytic converter was the issue. Their communication was terrible, especially when it comes to Sparky the mechanic….rather if it’s through email or telephone! They didn’t even give me an invoice on the initial vehicle drop off. Sparky… he was terrible with notifying on what was going with parts and the cost. My vehicle was in their shop for too long and I ended up towing it out of there, which costed too much. They never fixed my vehicle and J&L charged me their inspection fee of almost $300! I don’t recommend this shop…if it’s possibly a job that poses a c... read more

Super helpful staff and work was done in a decent time frame, had a rear pinion seal go out and Sparkys quote was fantastic, God bless you guys and all the work you guys do.
