Their communication was terrible, especially when it comes to Sparky the mechanic….rather if it’s through email or telephone! They didn’t even give me an invoice on the initial vehicle drop off. Sparky… he was terrible with notifying on what was going with parts and the cost. My vehicle was in their shop for too long and I ended up towing it out of there, which costed too much. Super helpful staff and work was done in a decent time frame, had a rear pinion seal go out and Sparkys quote was fantastic, God bless you guys and all the work you guys do.
I brought my 2000 Ford Ranger in for a cylinder 2 misfire and was told the engine had low compression and would need $3,100+ worth of work. I was also charged around $400 for diagnostics and spark plugs/wires. First red flag: I supplied the spark plugs myself, and when I got the truck back I noticed the spark plug wires were never changed, even though I was charged for them.
