Towed my 2023 BMW M3 and damaged it due to improperly securing the vehicle. The straps damaged the front bumper. Talked to them about covering the damages, they agreed and then I got quotes and sent it to them and they refused to pay it. They are now ignoring me.
When my motorcycle died in the middle of the road, Jose arrived sooner than expected. He quickly and safely loaded it on the truck, careful not to damage the paint with the straps. He was super friendly, professional, and he made a bad day a whole lot better. Thank you to J&L and Jose.
