I chose this shop because it was close to where I live I needed a alternator put on a CL550 Mercedes beware of a guy name David he said I needed a hose leaking anti freeze replaced which I've never saw any leakage on the ground $180 & 290 for the alternator (my own part)I get there to pick up the car and the bill went from 470 to $600 he had all these aditional charges without authorization no phone call and the 180 & 290 were total charges he takes off the the additional charges but now he decided I have to charge sale tax ... read more
I have trusted this group to service my vehicles for years, but something is very different now with the new leadership. There have been 2 main experiences that have me felling this way. The first is the service for my 2000 Porsche Boxster, where the technician "claimed" they could not find the security key to remove the wheel lugs. I took the call from them, when they said they could not find it and shared it should be in the car tool kit in the front of the car.
