I have trusted this group to service my vehicles for years, but something is very different now with the new leadership. There have been 2 main experiences that have me felling this way. The first is the service for my 2000 Porsche Boxster, where the technician "claimed" they could not find the security key to remove the wheel lugs. I took the call from them, when they said they could not find it and shared it should be in the car tool kit in the front of the car. I had a seized toe adjustment bolt that needed to be removed and the old bushing pressed out so a new bolt and bushing could be installed. Javi got me in with a last minute request on my part and got the job done in one day. Great communication and service. They even texted me photos of the before and after so I could see the job was completed. Highly recommend Javier and his team.
