A pipe to my water heater broke last night and I'm so glad I have an alert system for that. Turned off the water and called Hart EMC in the morning since I have a policy for it. They notified JL Adams and within 30 minutes the owner called me for more information. After we were done taking, a technician named Noah called me and gave me a 30 minute ETA. Austin pumped our septic this morning and installed two risers to the tank. He was knowledgeable, polite, efficient and just a really nice guy. He educated me on when to have it pumped again and how and when to clean the filter on the tank. I couldn’t be more happy with the experience.
JL ADAMS SEPTIC SERVICE BEWARE HIDDEN PRICES I hired JL Adams to clean septic tank $500 dollars.(reasonable). Imagine my suprise when the worker came to my property and could not locate the tank. Several holes left in the yard from failed attempts. The only thing brought to locate the tank was a metal punch rod. I was presented a bill dor $215 dollars.
