Simply amazing! After a short review on where the septic tank was (under a side walk) Austin went right to work cutting and only removing the small portion of the sidewalk that was above the septic tank. After moving that small piece and digging what I considered two small spot so he could open the two 20" square holes necessary to clean the tank it took him about 45 minutes. Rude on the phone, and then was a no show
I haven’t experienced this level of attentiveness, pro-action, or high level customer service in any industry in decades. From the greeting of my first phone call with Lori, to Jeff showing up forty minutes of my request. These two are phenomenal people and hard workers. Not only did Jeff show compassion, guidance, as well as understanding he showed initiative with calling the fire department and his professional relationship peers at Georgia Power to really assist me on my electrical issues. Used this company 4 times for various repairs. 3 times I had to go back and do the repairs myself to get them right. The repairs were done poorly with minimal parts and effort. Plumber seemed to be lacking experience. Will never use them again.
