We built a new home with Beazer in a great community, but unfortunately J Kraft did our cabinets. Terrible quality. All the doors and drawers were installed chipped, broken and crooked. I never see so much problems with the installation and quality of work.
Terrible quality. I am embarrassed to show anyone our kitchen despite the HUGE cost and beautiful upgraded appliances. Some of the drawers are completely unusable. Some of the drawers will land on your feet if you open them too far. Cabinets were installed cracked, broken, chipped and crooked. Its unreal to me that someone walked away from this work thinking it was ok.
Mike Higginbotham came to our house and did an install today to complete some cabinets my wife wanted. Wow have met a bunch of people over the years but Mike was different. You can tell he loves what he does. He loves the company he works for. Its not a job to him its perfection. He enjoys working for the customer. He paid attention to detail more than anyone I know.
