We were hoping to have a good experience with this cabinetry maker and be an exception to their current rating. We had work done with them on a new build to install a 2-unit receptacle pull-out in the cabinets. Prior to installation, we were informed and clarified that the in-cabinet receptacle box would hold 2 units. However, after visiting 10 stores and measuring countless commercially available receptacles, no 2 units fit together into the specifications of the box that was sold & installed by J.Kraft. Recently had work done with them on a new build. Their customer service and response time is unprofessional. Full payment up front is required, which is typical, but they didn’t bother reaching out for 4 weeks after payment to schedule the work despite saying they would, even with follow-up email/call.
