J Kraft consistently provides great quality cabinets for our custom homes. They have a wide variety of custom cabinet options and they do what is required to get the job done right.
The technicians who came out were courteous and professional. However, quality control needs improvement when installing your cabinets in new construction. After multiple visits, our cabinets are finally, mostly “there.” However, it is now May and we complained about these issues in December before we closed at the end of January. We had drawers so crooked our five year old could see it. Also, parts were not painted and only sported primer, though we were told it was just “grout overspray.” Trim was missing under one section... read more
