I had a 5 PM appointment, but due to delays, it was almost 7 PM by the time I was done, even though I was only there for a haircut. The wait was frustrating, but the hairstylist was friendly. She checked with me throughout the haircut and made sure the style matched what I wanted. The timing could be improved, but I’m happy with the final result.

I drove 4 hours to get my hair done from Karina Lee. I hope I live close to the shop. It was totally worth to drive 4 hours, total of 8 hours. Karina is amazing!
