Dr. Bryan is an excellent doctor. He answers all of my questions and he addresses any concerns that I have. He is king, compassionate, friendly and courteous.
Very comprehensive, not one to dole out meds easily. Sent me ton2 other specialist and coorosponded with both on a timely basis. Wait time is not the best but spends allot of time with me when she sees me. Has been spot on with diagnosis where other internist have failed. Patient easy to discuss issues, explained in laymen terms.
His bed side manner is perfect, goes above and beyond to ease
Dr. Tong is a very caring and most competent doctor. She never rushes you and focuses on what you are telling her. She views and treats you as a whole person, mind and body. DIANE
Wait time is about 1 hour. Unable to get results of EKG for 4 weeks following sudden change in blood pressure and new irregular heart rate; told by office staff "these can take a long time to come in." Messages/emails to doctor go unanswered. Doctor gives new instructions inconsistent with current medications and prior instructions. My family adored this physician when we joined her practice. As the practice has grown she has proven her inability to effectively manage a stand-alone practice.

I've always had to wait too long but today I got there when they opened, 8:30 with srep throat , miserable. I waited an hour and 15 min, threw up still waited as she talked to a drug rep. I asked if I could leave and they could call me in something. They said yes. It's 1:30, I can't swallow I've called 3 times. Last time the girl answered and said she was at lunch. 10 minutes after they say their lunch is over. Nothing called in yet.
I have been seeing Dr Acasta for over 10 years and have not a single negative comment to say. He is very personable and listens carefully to my needs and meets them as well as can be expected. I have been able to rely on him in my worsen health condition over the years, I would almost want to call him a friend rather than a dr. he is always very professional and always puts my healthcare a priority at all my visits. I enjoy our conversations at all my visits. I highly recommend thank him.
Had recent double mastectomy - called on Saturday for sleep aid (never requested anything before). Would NOT provide without an appointment. Primary care doctor is supposed to care.
