Excellent experience from the initial call, pickup, drop-off and relay, and on-site cleaning. We had 2 large area rugs and a hall runner that were taken to the shop for cleaning since we have refurbished hardwood floors; pickup was uneventful. Upon return the techs were attentive and careful to relay, mindful of our furniture. They cleaned a couch, 2 high back chairs, and another area rug. They did a great job and have excellent customer service. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely recommend them wholeheartedly!
We had a pet stained and staircase carpet cleaned and what a great job! They breathed new life into our carpet! The team was amazing, worked clean, and the price blew Stanley Steamer out of the water! I could not recommend them enough!!!
This is my second time hiring this company and won’t be the last! My carpets look amazing ! Phenomenal job and customer satisfaction! We have an old dog who has accidents and you can’t even tell now! I even added two island chairs that I don’t quite feel like replacing yet that my kids trashed! They look great and will allow me to stretch out their use! I have to also share that their service is not overly perfumed and scented. Just a fresh steamed super clean carpet! Just the way I like it!

Kent and Jason were both professional. They were personable and did excellent work. Jason repaired and cleaned our carpets and we are very satisfied with the job. Will definitely call again.
