I came in for a routine cleaning but left without one. I was told I needed a deep cleaning instead, which the staff made sound like an urgent health issue. However, when I tried to schedule it, I was told their next available Monday opening isn't until October. It is incredibly frustrating to be told a procedure is urgent, only to be forced to wait months for an appointment while leaving today with nothing done.
