The "10ft x 20ft" storage garages are actually only about 17ft x 9ft, so factor that in to your storage calcs. This in comparison to other facilities which actually have 10ft x 20ft units. The heated units just have in-floor heat, which is kept warm enough to prevent freezing, but no warmer. If you need to store something you want at room temperature, this isn't it. Payment options are good, and if you know about the size discrepancy ahead of time, I suppose that isn't too bad. Price is okay.
