First of all, they are extremely unpleasant and rude. Second of all they had our mower for three weeks and when I called to check on it, they said “will you give us a time to get you a call back“ in a very terse manner. This isn’t to mention they lost the mower for the first 10 days. Never under any circumstances use these people.

Lady was very rude and cut me off before hearing the explanation.
