Dropped my car off at like 8:30am on a Saturday, John took my car right away and had it done really fast. He is very professional and nice to chat with. I had called earlier in the week to get on the list for the day. As a plus, I live around the corner and can walk home while they work on my car. This was the best oil change and tire rotation experience I ever had. A pleasure to do business with. Thank you, and I will be back!
John and his team are the absolute best. So kind and helpful and always do an amazing job in a short time-frame. I live in DC, and still only trust J & K to get my car serviced. Highly recommend!
I've only been here for regular maintenance and John has been great. He's very polite and accommodating. They can get quite busy. Another year another bunch of regular maintenance. John has been very helpful and fair.
