This owner (I think his name is John) is fantastic! I called to see if he had 2 culvert pipes of the size I needed and if he delivered. But before he quoted me, he told me that I should first call the county to see if they maintain the road by the property I bought... that if so, they would install them for me. I did that and found out that they DON'T maintain my road. So, I called him right back and he gave me a VERY reasonable quote for the pipes and delivery.
