I have been coming here for almost 10 yrs now. Always been the best place for propane. Recently i had to come back a few times and finally seen that the old man is just that. He has a hard time getting around now so it explains why their hours are messed up. Take it easy on him. I will take a few tanks next fill up so I dont have to keep coming back to see when they are open. His mind is there bot his body is failing him. We will all be there someday. I will continue giving him my business. See ya soon!
Called during business hours asked questions got answers pulled up about 2:30 pm got my Rv filled fast and located fill reservoir no problem!Thanks!
Great local business with a loyalty program! Very limited hours open. Problem is, even during posted open business hours, half the time they're closed anyway. Too many wasted trips trying to get propane refilled. And, sometimes they charge tax, sometimes they don't. I guess folks with 20 pound tanks aren't their bread and butter; they treat that like a side job. Sorry, folks, we are looking for a new propane supplier that's accurate about their business hours and consistent about being open.
Terrible customer service. Operating hours are very unclear. Whoever runs this place locks up and leaves before their official closing time listed on the building. I called to verify someone would be there to fill my three propane tanks when I got there by 345. I pulled in at 342, and the office was locked and no one was there. I'm never attempting to give them my business again
Very sweet people, family owned, and prices are way cheaper than most places.
