John is the man. I was camping in Berwick and a long way from home when I started hearing loud clunking in my car. John actually took a look at my car even though the shop was technically closed at that time. He cut the piece off that was making the clunking so that I could make it safely home to my regular garage to get it fixed. He was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and just an all-around awesome guy. If I lived closer I would be taking my vehicle to him!

In 32 years of driving, I've never come across more honest, reasonable and reliable mechanic/towing folks. The owner went above and beyond in helping me out of a jam. The customer service personnel are thoughtful, considerate and friendly. I consider myself very lucky to have found this place in a time of need....I will deal exclusively with them for all my vehicles as long as I live within 100 km of the shop. I would highly recommend John's to anyone in the Annapolis Valley.
