They put a refrigerator in--but put insulation around the cubby first. The brand new fridge didn't work. As it turns out, the insulation was obstructing the airflow and inhibited the dissipation of heat out of the refrigerator (this according to an appliance expert.) When I took fridge out of the cubby away from the insulation, it worked fine. Hopefully it didn't damage my fridge.
I had the most awesome experience with J&K Repair. The pricing was very very reasonable (cheap!). The work done was excellent. I will not have any other company do my future work! I only hope to soon use them again. Also completely trustworthy. Doyle Smith Emory tx.
