I'm going in Monday for work here. But, wanted to post how impressed I've been so far with the helpfulness, and communication with Josh! This guy really cares, he doesn't just talk it! I'll update this review after the work is done.
His estimate was fair and his work with professional. He did it on prompt time and I think he went above and beyond what he should’ve done I would recommend him plus I drive a luxury car.
Fantastic, Friendly & Fast Service!! J&K Automotive Repair, LLC. was recommended to me by the trailer hitch company, when I purchased one for my vehicle. Josh, the owner, was very helpful in getting me my quote over the phone to install the new trailer hitch on my car. When I arrived, I was greeted by his wife, who also works there; she checked me in and got my paperwork setup. They took my vehicle back right away and got started on the hitch installation. J&K is great! I was passing through Yukka Valley camping in Joshua Tree. Got my oil changed at a quick lube and they said my transmission was leaking. That was as at 4:30pm. Found J&K and Josh opened the gate to me at 5pm, diagnosed my issue immediately. Most would have said come back and maybe they could work you in tomorrow. Joshua was super responsive.
