J and K Medical Equipment is a true gem in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Queens just off the LIE. Excellent customer service with more than fair pricing. Frankie is an experienced professional with a personable touch. He has a caring attitude which resonates through his service. The store is amazingly stocked with quality products and what they don’t have the can get asap. Can’t go wrong here…
Arrogant
On the trip from from Switzerland to JFK the airline broke my wife's mobility aid. Robert, Frankie, Mattew, Sonia, Debbie, Marry & Carmen made sure we got a replacement that helps us to continue the rest of our trip as planned. They took over the coordination with the airline and the installation partner and made sure we got the result we wanted and needed. Thanks for the great teamwork.
We have been using J&K Medical for my mother’s medical supplies, including oxygen concentrators and Hoyer lift. Frank, Michael, Maria and the rest of the staff have treated us like family. They have made it clear that my mother’s care is their priority. They make it their business to expedite everything as much as possible, and more often than not we have the necessary equipment the same day! They truly care!
Back in January, my mom needed home oxygen therapy. We weren’t able to get one from our neighborhood pharmacy. So, the hospital staff recommended that she get a portable oxygen concentrator from J&K Medical Equipment. The problem was that we didn’t have any prior experience using an oxygen machine. But, when I arrived at the store, I was greeted by the owner Frank personally.
