Worst customer service, they only care about money, don't care about customer's situations that can arise. There is a lady called Laura, she is the worst. Harassing with never ending calls, leaving notes at home (she even went to where I live) with rude attitude messages. I was trying to explain my very delicate health situation over the phone to her and she told me she doesn't care about my personal life or situation.
