I wish I could give zero stars! I live interstate and called for an urgent delivery for funeral flowers to which Kim said she could do. I was asking for details so i could see if it was enough, and was prepared to pay more if necessary, but she didn't like me asking, so told me off and hung up in my face. Absolutely disgraceful at such a stressful time as it is, and I now have run out of time to go elsewhere because she wasn't replying to my texts in time, nor was she giving enough information. Recently purchased a bouquets of assorted flowers for my Mum's memorial which set me back $90. The price isn't so much the problem. It was the disappointment that in only 2 and a half days the flowers looked wilted and considering the much cooler mornings and days, other flowers I've purchased in the peak of summer have lasted much longer before showing any sign of going bad... very very disappointing
