UPDATE: 4/22/2026 My family and I have entrusted J&K for almost 20 years however after this year that will no longer be the case. Taxes were submitted on 2/18/26 and are no where to be found. Kathy told me on March 20 that they were both accepted, but we are yet to track them. Kathy is not responding to any emails, voicemails nor answering the phone. I turned my taxes into her and paid her in July of 2025. I paid extra to have them expedited to the irs. It is now April of 2026. IRS has still not received my taxes. I have called her multiple times and keep getting the run around that she will check into it. I am now working with the irs to report her business and seeing if I can take any criminal action for fraud. I wish I could rate this a -5.

I highly DO NOT recommend, she has had mine, my son's and my friends taxes for over 6 months with no responses to our calls, in the end I had to threaten to show up with the police to get her to respond and she did not complete my taxes, this is the second year she's done this and I gave her the benefit of doubt thinking there's no way she would do it again but I was sadly mistaken, very unprofessional and would not refer my dog to her.

She is very unprofessional has been withholding mine and my son's taxes for 6 months now and not returning our phone calls, at this point its time to take legal action.
