Everyone is very thorough in designing and explaining the process. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure you agree on every detail of the fabric, tailoring, nuts and bolts (literally). Very pleased with the result of my bed canopy!
Great customer service. I called for drapery cleaning service which they do not do but they were kind enough to recommend another company for cleaning.
these guys are amazing and they go the extra maile every time. I love them and i wouldn't go to any one else for bueatiful drapes.
