Yeah, I'd say they know what they are doing. This is my second converter from J&K after being referred to them from other car people and I've not had a single issue so far.
Great to deal with! Answered all my questions promptly and they shipped right away. Cant wait to get it installed. If the quality is as good as the customer service you will have a very happy customer.

Update 2: After my current interaction with the owners about my first update, I decided they're not very easy to deal with. I really hoped we could've came to a solution to my issues and maybe continued business. I wasn't asking for deals or extended warranties. I just wanted to know what converter might work best with me setup. What I got was blame game on why their 3 converters failed on me. Maybe it was my fault, maybe it was bad choice in specs.
