Stay away from these guys! I cannot warn you strongly enough to avoid J&K Cedarworks. I bought a tub from them and paid for installation. They gave me a faulty system that wouldn’t heat to temperature (104°). When I let them know, rather than honor the warranty, they said I need a new system, which of course, they charged me for. Annoying, but fine. I paid over $2K, again. Next, they strung me along for four months, showing up at off-hours with a ragtag crew of increasingly weird staff, none of whom could finish the job. We love our hot tub from J&K. Jason and his team have been great to work with and the work is absolutely beautiful. I did a ton of research around different hot tub options, and I think it's important that people understand that this is buying a fully custom product, so timelines are harder to pin down and the work has a lot of moving parts to integrate.
