I hardly ever write Yelp reviews, but felt compelled to this time in case it can help someone not make the mistake that we, and clearly many others, made by working with Jason. Like others, our installation timing was either delayed or spur of the moment (we live in CA so he'd text saying he'd be driving through the next day). You're better off elsewhere. Very poor communication once we paid the 40% deposit to even confirm the order, much less timing and other logistics. They also ended up charging over $2K more than the original quote. Scheduled install continuously delayed on short notice. Once arrived, would do the install for a couple hours and then disappear for hours when we were told they were only going to the hardware store to pick up a part. Fishy vibes all around. Update to my original review from 2024: We love our hot tub (5 stars) but the process has been fairly excruciating (1 star). Jason and his team were pretty good to work with when they were here, but the process of installing it and getting issues fixed was incredibly challenging. It was months after the initial date that the hot tub was first working, and after installing a heat pump about 9 months later, it broke the motor and I had a big bucket of cold water for over a month. I paid $5000 deposit with an estimated time of completion. As of right now, we are way past due the ETA and Jason is not responding to me in anyway. I made a trip to his shop and it has shut down or he has relocated. Again, he is not responding to me. Complete scam, stay away.
