Steer clear of Jason and his team. I wish I had paid better attention to the negative reviews on here before deciding to work with them. He was months late delivering the hot tub and it was poorly assembled onsite. He still has not given me the correct heater or delivered the cover for the tub. I've tried to contact him multiple times but he has completely stopped responding.
In a nutshell, Jason makes beautiful cedar tubs but struggles with the business side of things in regards to communication and follow through. Most recently, we purchased a cedar tub from him (in Dec 2023) and he still has yet to deliver our tub or refund our money 16 months later (April 2025), despite multiple attempts at communication over text, phone and that, and through the Better Business Bureau - he simply started ignoring our outreach attempts and it's been very frustrating. Awesome people to work with, great tubs, very skilled craftsmanshp and very long lasting and beautiful. The Alaskan Yellow Cedar looks great.
They installed a hot tub at our beach house in Lincoln City and at our ranch in Bend. The beach house tub doesn’t have a light and the seats are WAY too low. A the ranch jets don’t work. These guys are scam artists. BEWARE.
