"Classic bait and switch" Went in and they asked for information to give a quote. They stated based on their experience it would take 16 hours at $45 per hour then took $750.00 retainer. I had a deadline. They advised they could do it on time. After the deadline they sent an invoice for 3 times the original estimate. And would not release the information until they were paid.
