This guy John is killing their business. He is so rude and always blame the customer for nonsense. I was there to install a liner on my front wheel. First time he said I gave them a wrong number only to find out later that he wrote it wrong. I still installed the liner with them, but a day later, the newly installed liner fell off, so I had to come back. He said my car shell is broken because I have tapes on it. I have never had a worse experience trying to give someone business. Went to get a quote on a fender repair and was immediately struck by how rude and disrespectful John was. I was trying to get a simple quote after a getting in a hit and run and was left speechless by how horrible my interaction at this shop was. I would normally never leave a bad review on a small business but I genuinely want to warn people.

J&K did a great job fixing my car after the passenger side was scraped by a snow plow this winter. Paint is a perfect color match; looks good as new. The repair was quick, even in spite of a supplier sending the wrong part, and communication was clear the whole time. Would definitely recommend!

Great and speedy. Everything was done through insurance so I can't comment on pricing, but they were very fast and communicative.
