I have never had a worse experience trying to give someone business. Went to get a quote on a fender repair and was immediately struck by how rude and disrespectful John was. I was trying to get a simple quote after a getting in a hit and run and was left speechless by how horrible my interaction at this shop was. I would normally never leave a bad review on a small business but I genuinely want to warn people.
J&K did a great job fixing my car after the passenger side was scraped by a snow plow this winter. Paint is a perfect color match; looks good as new. The repair was quick, even in spite of a supplier sending the wrong part, and communication was clear the whole time. Would definitely recommend!
John is someone I'd go to first every time
Great and speedy. Everything was done through insurance so I can't comment on pricing, but they were very fast and communicative.
The owner John is so great to work with. He fixed my car, which was hit by another driver in an accident, very quickly and did an amazing job. My car looks even better than it did before the accident. He also cleaned my car inside and outside. I am so touched with his kindness and going above and beyond in his service to a new customer (me). If I need this kind of work again, I'm definitely taking my car to J&K Auto Body.
