Nice place, open skies and a tree at each rv spot. Gravel spaces with sewer and electric hookups, no meters. Electric included in rent. Only downside is lots of potholes on the way in, and floods when it rains. Good amount of mud after only a few weeks of being in the space. Otherwise not too bad.
This is one of the cleanest mobile home and RV parks in the East Texas area. I highly recommend this place if you here for either short term or long-term.
I had a great experience at this park, the roads are very well paved and wide. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The residents I spoke to were welcoming and friendly. They also offer self storage to residents and the public. Overall the feel and layout of the park feels very homey.
I don't know what James is talking about. The roads are just fine, the premises are well maintained and the people there are very friendly. One of the nicest parks in east Texas. I will be staying here again.
