JJ customs has been my garbage pick up for possibly close to at least 15+ years. They’ve gone through a lot of changes but have always been very good at Responding when a situation arises. Recently we found out that JJ customs will be closing, and we have paid ahead on our trash pick up, so we replied back to them to find out how to get a refund on our pre-payments. After years 25+ of using JJs garbage and of them selling at least twice I was very disappointed when the last owners only gave 2 weeks notice that they were closing. After a phone call message they said they would pick up until the first of the month. Well they didn’t and left several customers with garbage for 2 weeks. The new owners where un professional and inexperienced at handling a business. I also paid for the year in advance and have no clue if I will be reimbursed. My trash hasn’t been pickup for two weeks now. I called last week and payed my bill as usual. Today when I called I was told they cancelled my service because I spoke with the owner( his granddaughter) to do so. I have never talked to a female there except the same guy that took my payment, now on top on that he’s saying his granddaughter told him I owe for services last year.
