Last Update: I went in and met with the owner and showed her my hair. She was professional and understanding. Obviously, she cannot give me back my hair, however, she did what she could to make it right. Thank you. UPDATED: I have lost so much more hair. My hair is literally only one to three inches in some places. More is lost everyday. I have taken photos and will post the damage. I had a wonderful experience with Chelsea! She was so gentle and really listened to what I wanted. Not only did she do exactly as I asked, but she also added her own touch to make it even better. I had very long hair, and she was extremely patient throughout the process. The blow-dry felt amazing and I walked out feeling so happy with the result.
