Placed a phone call to the office nearly 3 weeks ago and left a message as instructed by their voicemail. Finally got a call back today, after placing a 2nd phone call to their office and leaving a 2nd message as instructed by the voicemail, stating they are too busy to take on new business. Okay fine, but at least take 30 seconds out of your day to let someone know so they don't spend weeks waiting, I could have spent the last 3 weeks working with someone else to get things moving rather than wasting time waiting

Perhaps the slowest and least responsive "professional" I've encountered in any industry. Owes me nearly four-thousand dollars at the conclusion of a transaction, and after 11 days of no response whatsoever he replies that he will get to it "next month some time" and states how busy he is with his current work. It takes 2 minutes to write a check, just ridiculous.

We worked with J. Morrissey on the closing for our house. It took them a month to put together a contract. We were asked to provide the same documents several times and were sent the same documents for review over and over again. Sometimes they would not call us back or respond until a follow-up email. They did not provide a single piece of advice throughout the process (except not to enroll in auto-pay for mortgage payments, wow).
