J gave me an estimate that was roughly a third of what three other plumbers quoted for replacement of a galvanized steel outtake pipe to my water heater. He showed up on time, worked clean and fast, and placed a plastic separator between the new hot water outtake pipe and the cold water intake pipe below it so they wouldn't touch.
