I was a patient of Dr. Topes' awhile back,before I relocated. I wanted to take the time to thank him. For being the best dr. I have ever had. I have seen alot over the years he is a diamond in the rough, for his professionalism. He is genuine,he goes above and beyond to help his patients.Always pleasant,caring and doesn't make u feel like just a number. Doctors like him dont exist anymore.
