Asked for a hair cut and beard trim, haircut is awesome but when he got to my beard he basically cut it in half, going to take me a year to grow that back...

I have been bringing my kid for 3 years now but the last 3 times the haircut was terrible and not what I asked for. Last time, I got a trainee which I don’t mind because we all deserve to learn and practice but I would’ve appreciated to be informed of this ahead of time if I am calling to make an appointment. The woman took so long to get it done and did a terrible job I let the owner know and he didn’t even apologize.
