Scumbag. Do not purchase a home,nor seek employment there. Jay Greenway, third generation owner is a lot of things, but nothing positive. I am suing him, and just one of many unhappy in my dealings with him. They do business in the Midlands of SC as Blue Ribbon Builders. Ask a realtor, a homeowner of theirs, or an (ex) employee about these unscrupulous folks.
