I called AAA one day prior to schedule a tow to Steve Wilder (a local mechanic) at 10 o’clock the following day. At 10 o’clock the following day, I had no truck. So I called J & J and spoke to a woman who rudely told me that AAA had no business making appointments, they would get to me when they got to me and if that wasn’t good enough, she would call AAA and cancel the tow. I called AAA and lodged complaint.
Jodie is AMAZING! She was so communicative, honest, and patient with us while we tried to figure things out of my accidents. Her ability to handle everything was top notch and I would recommend her and J&J Truck Service for all your needs!
i’m a flagger and was parked on the side of NH-10 in Winchester NH.. just got done picking up my signs and pulled back onto the road when one of their impatient flatbed drivers decided to blare their horn at me and pass me nearly sideswiping my vehicle.. then when cutting back into the correct lane, his tail end wasn’t even fully passed me, so he almost pushed me off the road. ironically, this sounds like the only way they get business.. by creating problems themselves. We were in an accident and Devin towed our car. Great guy. He gave us a ride home before he dropped our car off at the shop. We don't have any relatives living near us so him driving us home was a huge help. Outstanding service. I highly recommend this company.
Really great guy! We needed a tow, at near midnight! I’d give more stars if possible
