My experience was amazing. Jose and raulin are both amazing workers
Left train station and realized i had flat tire alert. Friend recommended J&J as local tire shop. I arrived just as they were closing. Uncertain if it was the panic in my voice and eyes but Jose promptly told me to bring car around back and they stayed the extra 15 minutes to swap tire out. Truly wonderful customer service, thank you!
I came to this shop for a tire repair. The main entrance is in the front, but the repair area is located behind the building. When I spoke with the technician, he told me to drive around to the back. I explained that my tire was completely flat and asked if I could borrow an air pump so I could safely inflate it and drive to the repair area.
