He cares and is engaged making the customers dreams for tile and marble become a reality. Skip the big box stores where you can never find anyone to help. I went to J & J knew what I wanted was out the door in 5 mins, max. They came and measured for my backsplash which took 5 mins again. Tile came in and was installed by a very professional crew of two. Muhammad and Virgilio were extremely professional, knew their trade, put paper on the counters and floors so there was little cleanup afterwards. Accomplished the job perfectly.
