Skip the big box stores where you can never find anyone to help. I went to J & J knew what I wanted was out the door in 5 mins, max. They came and measured for my backsplash which took 5 mins again. Tile came in and was installed by a very professional crew of two. Muhammad and Virgilio were extremely professional, knew their trade, put paper on the counters and floors so there was little cleanup afterwards. Accomplished the job perfectly.
Worked with J&J to redo my kitchen/laundry/bathroom tile and it was a great experience. Josh was extremely personable, communicative and had great customer service. Their installer, Mohammed, is very skilled and was pleasant to have working in my home. Very happy with the quality of work and the entire experience. I will 100% be using them again for future tile projects.
We are very thankful for everyone at J&J! When we first came in looking to replace a few antique tiles, they were upfront, honest, and help point us in the right direction. When we went back to tile an entire floor, they helped us select the tile and found us someone to get the entire project done in less than 24 hours. They will be our first pick every time!
