We buy 4 bags every week of there jnj feed and alfalfa hay and my wife and i have had no bad experiences at all. There always very nice and friendly. And most of all have the best prices of any other feed stores in the arra.We love it there. We would recommend anyone needing feed or tack to check this place out.
I have been doing business with J&J Tack for over 30 years and I have never had a bit of trouble from their staff nor their products. The owners are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and if they can't answer your questions they will find someone who can. And if they don't have what you are looking for they will order it for you. They have to be doing something right to be in business for over 30 years.
This company gets a Zero from me. We buy a lot of feed for our horses from this store and the customer service its he worst I have ever encountered!!! No one ever knows what they are doing or their product. They have given us the run around when we have to have special feed ordered!! Please do not do business with this company because you will regret it!! This store is dirty, unorganized and they don't even know product!! Very, very disappointed!!
