Just providing the events. You can use them to inform your own opinion. My son bought a used vehicle from JJ Stewart Motors beginning of February. He was told that there was a second key fob, but it wasn't available at time of pick up. He had to leave town for work etc. Reached out to the salesperson a few ways over the course of the next few months, but did not get follow-up regarding the promised second key fob. I actually went here to buy Petes tickets. My credit is so bad it deserves to be invited to the Hague, so I wasn't able tp browse the lot, but it looked like they had a fine selection, the staff were friendly and cheerful, the store was immaculate, and they all seemed very knowledgeable. If I ever win the lottery, or if grand pappy kicks the bucket I know where I'll be going!
All they care about is sales, after that they could care less about you.
Never write reviews but felt like I had to after the encounter with one of the owners Dave Stewart. Went with daughter to pick up truck and completely disgusted with how he dealt with the situation and talked to us. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Wish I could give them a zero star. Literally the worst dealer we have ever dealt with. Won't take responsibility for the shitty trucks they sell. Talked to Owner Dave Stewart and was probably the rudest person I have ever meet and cant believe he is the owner of a company. Please dont support them. They sell defected trucks so you have to come back and waste more money with them. Not sure why they claim to be best RAM dealership.
