The diagnosis was presented as definitive, with very little investigation done beyond the top end of the engine. Wanting a second opinion, I took the truck elsewhere. Do NOT use the service department. I called to book a recall appointment and asked if they could take a look at all the things not working on my van. I stated to the employee on the phone that I don't have the funds to have the multiple things not working fixed just do the recall and let me know costs.
