All they care about is sales, after that they could care less about you.
Never write reviews but felt like I had to after the encounter with one of the owners Dave Stewart. Went with daughter to pick up truck and completely disgusted with how he dealt with the situation and talked to us. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Wish I could give them a zero star. Literally the worst dealer we have ever dealt with. Won't take responsibility for the shitty trucks they sell. Talked to Owner Dave Stewart and was probably the rudest person I have ever meet and cant believe he is the owner of a company. Please dont support them. They sell defected trucks so you have to come back and waste more money with them. Not sure why they claim to be best RAM dealership. WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER Took my truck there after the body mounts failed on my Ram truck after 87000km! and Dave Stewart told me its completely normal for a truck to fail after that many kilometers would never waste my time with this dealership! Save your self the hassle and drive to peterborough!
Traded my 2016 Ram Rebel with 627,000 km for a 2020 Warlock with 100,000km , Colin gave me a very fair trade allowance plus switched out my Rebel tires and rim at no cost , I noticed a bit of sway in rear a week later and they got me in right away (just loose nut in sway bar) and fixed it up . Truck was super clean and service dept. Was great . Would recommend
