Long time customer, JJ and Sons has serviced over 5 of my vehicles over the last 20 years. I do a lot of my own service work as a hobby. But, for bigger jobs like timing belts, new tires, transmission replacement, I always have used these guys instead of the dealer. Justin runs things now and is a very customer service oriented shop manager. They won't upsell you, use quality parts, and stand by their work. Seriously this is my forever home for all of my car troubles. It is so hard as a woman to trust someone with your car when it’s so easy for shops to take advantage of you. I’ve had it happen to me multiple times, but J J is your classic family like car shop! They have gone out of their way to help me in emergencies and have done so much for my car with over 300,000 miles on it.
