I just wanted to say what an excellent job J&J did. The salesperson we worked with was so knowledgeable and helpful. She provided guidance on what worked best for my house and showed us all the varieties of products they had in their show room to ensure we made the best decision. We had absolutely no pressure on what to get, she was just there to guide us on what we needed. I’ve been meaning to share my incredible experience with J & J for a bit now as they are so deserving of praise! My house was been beautifully transformed! And now, with all the brutally cold weather we’ve had lately, we have noticed it’s also so much warmer inside!! While the windows are fine so far, we did not have an overall good experience. The contract was signed in August, but we did not get our windows installed until the end of January. We were aware of a backlog, but it kept getting pushed back. Due to the cold, the crew worked ~4 hours each day, turning a 2 day job into 4 days. Our house was a complete mess afterwards — footprints and mud on the floor and carpet, and a layer of drywall on every surface.
