We had a walkout basement door replaced by them. The whole process was very smooth and everyone I worked with was great. It took a while to get the door, but I believe this was just from high demand/supplier constraints. Highly recommend them and will be coming back if we need another door or windows replaced!
We would definitely recommend J&J to anyone looking to update their windows. Salesperson that came out spent a lot of time going through my options, especially because I didn't have standard sized windows. The windows look great and the crew that came to install were so professional and helpful. They also spent some time on-site making sure the exterior trim matched the existing paint as much as possible.
Very impressive operation. Family owned. I was fascinated by the many choices in their lovely showroom. Highly recommend.
We originally purchased storm windows and doors many years ago. We are looking for replacement hinge bushings for one of the storm doors. We have tried twice and they don't even have the courtesy to respond to our inquiries.
