Oscar is horrible!!! I had my Compressor changed last year in July. In April of this year the compressor went bad again. It was under a 18,000 mile/month warranty so I contacted Oscar to let him know that according to Chrysler the compressor needed to be changed. At first he did not believe the compressor went bad but he said since he was going to get paid from the warranty company he would change the compressor.
