Our new build always dusty. Filters never got dirty. Duct cleaning found builder never installed filter rack in attic - return was open to attic insulation blowing fiberglass into house for 2 years. We were breathing insulation. They installed proper rack, cleaned entire system, and we got builder to pay. Always verify new builds have filters and ducts cleaned. Builders cut corners you can't see until your lungs pay.
This was one of the best home service experiences I've had in years. The technicians arrived on time, worked carefully, and paid close attention to every detail. My home feels fresher, there's much less dust, and my heating and cooling system is performing noticeably better.
Our furnace was so loud when it started. A big “whoosh” and rattle. We thought it was old. The duct cleaning tech found the main return was starving for air due to dust buildup. The furnace was working too hard. After cleaning, the whoosh is gone. It starts quiet now. It also heats the house faster. The tech said good air flow makes everything last longer. I believe it.
The personnel were courteous and professional throughout the visit. They started working right away after arriving on schedule. They responded to my inquiries and kept me updated during the appointment. Everything was finished as agreed upon. It was an easy experience.
I had a wonderful experience with this air duct cleaning company. The technicians arrived on time, were very polite, and completed the job efficiently. My home feels much cleaner, and I can already notice an improvement in the air quality.
