J&J has provided us with outstanding service. We had them install gutters and some run-off drain lines. The pre-install consultation and recommendations Jeff gave us were exactly what we needed with no fluff or sales pitch. The install was timely and professional. They were very careful not to damage our home, and when done the yard looked like they had never even been there. These men never introduced themselves, just walked onto the property and behind the house and began to work! We asked them to not do that because we have a dog and they will get hurt...a few days later, they did the same thing again without notifing us. We were so afraid the dog would be outside with us when they walked around! As for the seamless gutter, we can't see up there, but it looks better from here, but they cleaned up the mess they made and they were very quiet and otherwise respectful of the property.
