DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH! We lived in the apartments of 103rd and Green st. in Clinton,MO. Police come here on a regular basis every week around the complex. We lived there during the shooting that happened July of last year and the police found “homemade explosive” in the apartment building that was next to us. Property manger (Brittany) is rude. Doesn’t care about anything except herself and money. Don’t ever get behind on rent. If you go to court, don’t fight it then you’ll have to move out in 10 days.
Always friendly and helpful. Maintenance men are awesome! Quick to fix any problems on property that need done ✔️
Unpolite rude, arrogant what all I can say not so good place for international students and if you care about your self respect don't go there.
