Have been renting from them for awhile now. I have no complaints. Any repairs needed done there always on top of it.
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH! We lived in the apartments of 103rd and Green st. in Clinton,MO. Police come here on a regular basis every week around the complex. We lived there during the shooting that happened July of last year and the police found “homemade explosive” in the apartment building that was next to us. People smoke in the halls of the apartment and don’t care you have younger children!
