Do not rent the 118 N Main st apartments. In our apartment and from what our neighbors shared with us, the airflow was non existent through the vents in the upstairs where all of the bedrooms are. We called and were told it wasn’t fixable by fox heating and cooling. We had to tape trash bags together to make a long tube running from a vent in the living room to run it up the stairs to get some kind airflow upstairs. Have been renting from them for awhile now. I have no complaints. Any repairs needed done there always on top of it.
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH! We lived in the apartments of 103rd and Green st. in Clinton,MO. Police come here on a regular basis every week around the complex. We lived there during the shooting that happened July of last year and the police found “homemade explosive” in the apartment building that was next to us. People smoke in the halls of the apartment and don’t care you have younger children!
