This was my first time ordering a chimney cleaning and repair and they did a wonderful job. I was able to get an appointment the same week and the appointment itself was done quickly but they were very thorough. The cleaner inspected everything and made comments on how to fix/avoid certain issues. He also answered all of my questions and was very polite and friendly. He took extra care to make sure no mess was left behind and even played with our curious kitty. I would definitely use this company again.
