I have been a JJ Powell customer for more than 20 years and have always found their services, both oil delivery and furnace repair, to be great. The price for oil has always been among the lowest in the area.

JJ Powell refused to send a service team when we experienced a leak in our oil tank. We have been a customer of JJPowell for 10 years. We have an oil fired hot water boiler that we use infrequently because we burn a wood stove during the winter and have had mini splits installed. We go through less than 75 gal of heating oil a year. We have used JJ Powell for years for our off-road diesel needs and, more recently, for temporary propane at our job sites. They provide excellent service and are always friendly to deal with.

Was told by one of their own people that I could get service of my mini split system (not installed by JJ Powell). Two weeks ago we got an error code, so I called for service. The lady took all the information and said she would try to get someone out for service, but they were booked for 2 weeks. No one called me back. I called again today - two weeks later, only to be told they are swamped and won't come service it.
